Dear Parents/Families,

Just a little reminder note about our upcoming school closure for teacher professional development and report card preparation – this coming Friday, March 3, 3023.

We will also close at 11:00am on Thursday, March 16, 2023 to facilitate parent-teacher interviews.  These interviews will be by appointment only. Please point your web browser to OPTIS to make your appointment.  (The system is set to accept appointments as of 4:00pm today.) (You can work it out with your children’s teachers as to how you do your interview – in person or by telephone.)

KinderGrad photos will be captured beginning at 3:30pm on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 using the same schedule as previously communicated. 

Finally, a reminder to our kindergarten families – school will be closed for our current kindergarten learners on Friday, March 31, 2023 for our third KinderStart session.

School Development Surveys

School Development Surveys are conducted annually to gather feedback from students, staff, and parents/guardians to inform the school development process. The survey results will be provided to our school and used with other data to identify our school’s strengths and challenges. 

The survey is anonymous, which means that we cannot connect your survey responses to you. We encourage everyone to participate so that we have the most accurate representation of family perceptions at your school.

Pounce’s 50/50 Mega-Draw

Details will soon be communicated about our upcoming 50/50 lottery. Stay tuned for all of the information you will need. Tickets will be distributed on March 22, 2023; the draw date is Thursday, April 6, 2023.
